Jeff Huynh, owner of 4Q Performance has worked with athletes for many years. A licensed massage therapist, Jeff is passionate about helping athletes and adults achieve their fitness goals through safe, science-backed training.
With expertise in strength and conditioning, he empowers clients to train effectively while fostering an inclusive and supportive community.
Jeff’s dual focus on performance and recovery ensures every client receives a well-rounded approach to health and fitness.
Kelsey Gill
Kelsey Gill is a certified Personal Trainer through ACSM and a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from WCCMT.
With years of experience as a trainer, Kelsey thrives on educating and empowering her clients to reach their full potential in strength and wellness. Her passion for health and fitness is matched by her dedication to creating personalized, effective programs for every individual she works with.
Growing up in an active household, Kelsey developed a love for adventure and sports that continues today. Whether she’s backpacking, hiking, or enjoying functional training, she brings her love for movement and the outdoors into her training philosophy.
When she’s not in the gym, Kelsey can often be found exploring with her energetic 2-year-old dog, Hank. She’s excited to be part of your strength and rehab journey and looks forward to helping you achieve your goals.
